Sausage Breakfast Casserole


  • 1 lb SFM Co ground sausage (any flavor)

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a skillet, brown the sausage. Break it down into small pieces.

  3. In the bottom of the baking pan, unroll the crescent roll dough. The dough will act as the base for the casserole.

  4. Once the sausage is cooked through, add it to a mixing bowl. In the same bowl; add the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate all of the ingredients.

  5. Pour the egg and sausage mixture over the crescent roll dough. Make sure to evenly spread the cheese and sausage on the dough.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  7. Enjoy!
