Ingredients:
1 lb SFM ground beef
1 cup milk
1 lb elbow noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup of corn, frozen or canned
1 ranch seasoning packet
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Using an oven-safe skillet, brown the beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with the garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper, and ranch seasoning. Remove the beef from the skillet when finished.
In the same skillet, combine the sour cream, cream cheese, and milk until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined. Add in the cheddar cheese to melt.
Add the beef and cooked noodles to the cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Enjoy!
