Ingredients
1lb SFM Chorizo Pork Sausage
Corn Tortillas
1 cup diced potatoes
1/2 onion
Limes
Olive oil
Chilli Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cilantro
Toppings: sour cream, hot sauce, shredded cheese.
Directions
Brown the chorizo sausage until done. Drain sausage and set aside for later
Dice potatoes and 1/2 onion, add potatoes, onion, and a little water (helps soften)
Once water is cooked out add seasonings and some olive oil (helps fry and crisp potatoes up)
Once potatoes are cooked combine Chorizo with them.
On a bare skillet, warm corn tortillas until they start to golden
add desired toppings to taco and squeeze lime on taco.
