Potato & Chorizo Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1lb SFM Chorizo Pork Sausage

  • Corn Tortillas

  • 1 cup diced potatoes

  • 1/2 onion

  • Limes

  • Olive oil

  • Chilli Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Onion Powder

  • Cilantro

  • Toppings: sour cream, hot sauce, shredded cheese.


Directions

  1. Brown the chorizo sausage until done. Drain sausage and set aside for later

  2. Dice potatoes and 1/2 onion, add potatoes, onion, and a little water (helps soften)

  3. Once water is cooked out add seasonings and some olive oil (helps fry and crisp potatoes up)

  4. Once potatoes are cooked combine Chorizo with them.

  5. On a bare skillet, warm corn tortillas until they start to golden

  6. add desired toppings to taco and squeeze lime on taco.

  7. ENJOY
