Ingredients:
1 package SFM hot dogs
1-15 oz. can of chili
1 small diced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 can of refrigerator biscuits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until soft and translucent. Turn the burner on low, and add the can of prepared chili. Feel free to use your own here. Let this mixture simmer for about five minutes.
In the meantime, cut up the hot dogs into bite-sized pieces. When the time is up, add the hot dogs to the skillet. Simmer just long enough to heat the mixture through.
Open the can of biscuits, separate them, and cut them into quarters.
In a 9x11 baking dish, pour in the hot dog chili mixture. Add the quartered biscuits on top, and sprinkle over the cheese.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melty.
Enjoy!
