Ingredients
1lb of SFMC ground italian sausage
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper
1 cup of chickpeas
eggs
hot sauce
Seasonings: garlic powder. onion powder. salt. pepper.
Directions
brown sausage and add chopped onion and peppers before the sausage is all the way done.
add chickpeas to mixture
add seasonings listed above
split mixture in half.
cook two eggs per half. I cook them over easy.
add on top of mixture with hot sauce and enjoy!
