Chickpea with Sausage Scramble



Ingredients

  • 1lb of SFMC ground italian sausage

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 cup of chickpeas


  • eggs

  • hot sauce

  • Seasonings: garlic powder. onion powder. salt. pepper.



Directions

  • brown sausage and add chopped onion and peppers before the sausage is all the way done.

  • add chickpeas to mixture

  • add seasonings listed above

  • split mixture in half.

  • cook two eggs per half. I cook them over easy.

  • add on top of mixture with hot sauce and enjoy!
