Cheesy Sausage Bake

Ingredients:

• 2 packs (8 links) SFM sausage links

• 4 cups diced potatoes

• 2 Tbsp olive oil

• 1 ranch seasoning packet

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

• salt & pepper

Directions:

1. Combine the diced potatoes with all the seasonings (ranch, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper) and oil in a medium-sized bowl until evenly coated.

2. Grease a 9x11 baking dish. Pour the seasoned potatoes into the baking dish and spread them out evenly.

3. Using a kitchen shears, cut the sausage links into bite-sized pieces. Scatter the sausage over the potatoes in the baking dish.

4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Halfway through baking, remove the foil and stir the meat and potatoes.

5. After 40 minutes, sprinkle the cheese over the dish and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
