"Bacon" Chicken Ranch Pasta

Ingredients:
4 slices of SFM Co bacon, chopped
1 lb chicken breast, diced
8 oz pasta (any shape)
1 ranch seasoning packet
3 Tbsp ranch dressing
1 cup of vegetables (spinach, broccoli, peas, etc.)
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper
mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
Directions:
Boil pasta as instructed on the box.
While the pasta is cooking, fry the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove the cooked bacon and set it to the side, keeping the bacon drippings in the pan.
Add the diced chicken to the bacon drippings and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper as the chicken cooks.
Keeping the chicken in the pan, add the ranch seasoning, ranch dressing, spinach, and heavy cream until mixed well. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Add in the cooked, drained pasta and the bacon crumbles. Heat through for about 2 minutes and top with the shredded mozzarella.
