Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs

Updated: Jul 13, 2023

  • 1 pack of SFM pork spare ribs

  • Favorite rib rub

  • Favorite BBQ Sauce

  • Dry the meat well with a paper towel. Wet meat will lead to less browning (flavor).

  • Pull off any membrane on the backside of the ribs.

  • Coat ribs thoroughly with your favorite rib rub. You can either make your own or purchase a really good one.

  • Place directly on a 250 degree grill, and cook until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 160 degrees.

  • Take the ribs off the grill to wrap them in aluminum foil. Before completely wrapping the ribs, you can rub them with more rub seasoning, or add your favorite BBQ sauce.

  • Increase the grill temperature to 300 degrees. Cover the ribs with foil and place them back on the grill.

  • Cook until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 195 degrees.

  • Take the ribs off the grill, and let them rest in the foil pack for 15 minutes.

  • Enjoy!
