Ingredients:
1 lb SFM fajita strips
2 packages of beef Ramen with flavor packets
3 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 cup bell peppers, cut into matchsticks
2 cups beef stock
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Eggs, optional
Directions:
In the crock of a small slow cooker, layer the beef strips, garlic, carrots, and bell peppers.
In another bowl, mix the stock, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and Ramen seasoning packets. Once mixed, pour it over the beef mixture in the crock.
Cook on the high setting for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the two packs of Ramen noodles. Stir the noodles about every 5 minutes to break them up. They will soften and thicken the sauce.
When ready, you can eat it as is or top it with a fried egg.
Enjoy!
