INGREDIENTS:
1 pound SFM ground beef
1 onion; chopped
1 red or green pepper; chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 Tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute the peppers and onions in a skillet with the oil until lightly browned and softened.
Add the ground beef to the peppers and onions to brown and fry up.
Season the meat, onion, and pepper mixture with salt and pepper. Make sure that there is no remaining pink color in the meat.
Lower the heat to medium, and add in the ketchup, mustard, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 3 minutes to thicken.
Serve on your favorite bun, and enjoy!
