Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients:

  • 1lb SFM pork sausage

  • 1lb SFM bacon

  • 1/2 onion

  • 16 jalapenos

  • 2 packages cream cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • garlic powder

  • onion powder

  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Dice up bacon into small pieces.

  3. Start cooking the ground sausage.

  4. Add diced up bacon once sausage is half cooked and finish cooking together. Drain grease once finished.

  5. Cut jalapeños in half and get discard the guts.

  6. Add room temperature cream cheese to a bowl with meat and mix.

  7. Add seasoning to taste and mix.

  8. Fill the jalapeño with the mixture.

  9. Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until jalapeño is soft.

  10. Enjoy!
