Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 32 oz block of Velveeta
1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet until there is no pink remaining.
Add the browned hamburger, block of Velveeta, the Rotel tomatoes, and seasonings to a small crockpot.
Set the crockpot on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This should be just enough time to melt the Velveeta. Stir the dip regularly to prevent burning.
Enjoy with your favorite chip to dip, or try it on a baked potato!
