Hamburger Queso Dip


  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 32 oz block of Velveeta

  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste



  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet until there is no pink remaining.

  • Add the browned hamburger, block of Velveeta, the Rotel tomatoes, and seasonings to a small crockpot.

  • Set the crockpot on high for 45 minutes to 1 hour. This should be just enough time to melt the Velveeta. Stir the dip regularly to prevent burning.

  • Enjoy with your favorite chip to dip, or try it on a baked potato!
