Vegetable Soup

  • 1lb ground beef

  • 1 med onion

  • 2 stalks celery

  • 1 head of cabbage

  • 1 can of diced tomatoes

  • 1 29oz can of tomato sauce

  • 4 cups of beef broth

  • Green beans

  • Corn

  • Peas

  • Preferred seasonings: garlic and onion powder, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.



  • Chop onions and celery. Brown beef and sauté onions and celery.

  • Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.

  • Cut up the cabbage into thin slices. Add vegetables and cabbage to the soup.

  • Season to your heart's desire.

  • cook for 30 minutes in Instapot or cook on the stove until cabbage is soft.

  • If desired, add noodles when you add the cabbage.

Makes 8 servings
