Jalapeno Popper Dip

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 pound SFM bacon

  • 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 4 jalapenos, deseeded and chopped

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup butter crackers, crushed

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

  • salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  • Slice the bacon up thinly, and fry in a skillet until crispy. Drain on a paper towel when finished.

  • Combine the bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, jalapenos, salt and pepper, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese together in a medium-sized bowl.

  • Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart oven-safe baking dish.

  • Combine the melted butter, crackers, and parmesan cheese together. Top the dip mixture with the cracker mixture. Make sure to cover the jalapeno mixture completely.

  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the mixture bubbles.

  • Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chip, cracker, etc.!
